Q: How do I contact West Towne Cottages?

Q: What does the rent include?

A: Contact the Leasing Office for specific property utilities, if any, that may be included.

Q: Is parking available?

A: Yes, parking is available on-site. Contact the Leasing Office for specific parking details.

Q: Do you have laundry connections?

A: Yes, each cottage features washer and dryer connections.

Q: Do you have maintenance staff?

A: Yes. We have maintenance available during office hours as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Q: What lease terms do you offer?

A: We offer 6, 9, and 12-month leases.

Q: Is there a security deposit and is it refundable?

A: A refundable security deposit of $400 is required prior to move-in. Upon move-out, your apartment will be inspected for damage above normal wear and tear. Cost to repair damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Pets are welcome at West Towne Cottages with the exception of aggressive breeds. There is no additional deposit required for pets, just a $30 pet rent per pet each month. Contact the Leasing Office for details and a list of prohibited breeds.

Q: Do I need renters insurance?

A: It is strongly recommended that you secure renters insurance. Residents are responsible for securing renters insurance as the property, owner, or Management Company are not responsible for damage or loss of personal property.
